Mr. Bakul Shah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from LD Engineering College, Ahmedabad, and brings nearly four decades of extensive experience in the infrastructure sector. As a founding promoter, he has been with the company since its inception and plays a pivotal role in overseeing its overall operations. Mr. Shah is deeply involved in shaping the company’s strategic direction and making key decisions that drive its growth and success. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Shah is a respected figure in the community and actively contributes to various social organizations, foundations, and the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Mr. Kushal Shah
Managing Director
Mr. Kushal Shah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Engineering from IIT Chicago, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law. With over a decade of experience, he is responsible for managing the company’s purchase, technical acquisitions, tendering processes, and financial operations. Mr. Shah also plays a key role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the company’s day-to-day activities. Outside of his professional commitments, he is actively involved in sports, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and various social organizations and foundations, mainly contributing to the well-being of the community.
